Location

In the hinterland of the Spanish Costa Blanca, north of Alicante, at Calpe, Altea and Benidorm in the Marine Baja

region, approx. 20 km from the sea in a mountain valley in the nature reserve at Tárbena. 420 m above sea level.

Height difference on the grounds Is around 96 m.

Terrace-style construction (stone walls, Moorish in origin) typical for this region

Typical Mediterranean flora, including exotic plants, especially almond, orange, lemon, fig, olive and carob trees

Alicante Airport, shuttle-bus to hotel A-7 Valencia-Alicante motorway, motorway exit no. 64, Callosa d‘en Sarria - Tárbena

Restored Finca with adjacent buildings (some over 100 years old). Open-air breakfast and dinner between palm and lemon trees.

Outdoor activities

Cycling, hiking, jogging, golfing (currently 12 places within max. of 1 1/2 hours‘ drive, number increasing, also located closer).

All beach activities on the beaches approx. 20 km away all over Benidorm.

Excursions into incredibly beautiful scenery of the hinterland, far from mass tourism.

In all places on the coast: Benidorm, Calpe, Altea, Alicante, Valencia

 

Sleeping facilities

In newly-built guesthouse with over 1,600 sq.m of residential and usable space - 8 rooms with outside balcony, between 40 sq.m and 60 sq.m, including bath and separate toilet

 

Service

Breakfast until 11.30 a.m., dinner, mineral water, beer, house wines, coffee, snacks and vegetables included.

Manual and electrical golf carts included.

A small car (Renault Twingo) is available on request for a flat rate to cover costs.

Transfer from and to airport included.

 

General information

Professional cyclists train for the new season in the coastal mountains around Tárbena.

The road from Callosa to Tárbena CV 715 offers a charming challenge to every cyclist.

Our daily flat rates per person include the following services:

Shuttle to and from Alicante airport,

Accommodation and breakfast buffet from 8:00 am to 11:30 am,

Midday coffee, cake, snacks and fruits,

A multi-course dinner menu, including aperitif and coffee,

Mineral water, beer on tap, our house wine and coffee are all available the whole day free of charge.

And the use of our sports and wellness facilities.
